2.2 Updating Information

If any of your registered details change, you must notify the jililivebd support team immediately. Registering with false or incomplete information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any pending winnings.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times. For the welcome bonus, this is 10 times.
• Each bonus has a specific validity period — if the wagering requirements are not met before expiry, the bonus is cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

6.1 Validity of Game Results

All game provider software on jililivebd (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) uses its own Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play technology. Game results are not controlled by jililivebd.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game produces an abnormal result due to a software or server error, that game or round may be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded. jililivebd is not obligated to pay out "winnings" claimed as a result of a technical error.

• Using another person's account or transferring an account to a third party.
• Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to influence game results or colluding with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
• Chargeback abuse or making false claims to a payment provider.
